StrongKicks is a training program for people who want to become better at kicking, lose weight, increase their stamina and become more flexible. It works equally well for both novices and advanced martial art practitioners with a focus on Olympic Taekwondo players.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Mont Cessna Jr. (Kukkiwon Dan #05198094) is a 1st Dan, Assistant Instructor from the Kukkiwon: World Taekwondo Headquarters, member of the Korea Taekwondo Association and Tang Soo Do blackbelt of Moo Duk Kwan (Moo Duk Kwan Dan #23417). Mont has learned from some of the best Korean masters and grand masters, competed in all traditional Taekwondo competition disciplines–sparring (both Olympic and 3-point), traditional weapon forms, traditional forms and breaking–and won gold medals in Olympic sparring at the Maryland State Taekwondo Championship and the Virginia State Taekwondo Championship, both United States Taekwondo Union (USTU, now USAT) and WTF certified events. This in addition to various other tournaments he has competed at.

Mont also has a bachelor of science in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. With years of experience under his belt as a writer, media buyer, marketing manager, website developer and all around computer whiz, Mont figured combining his two expertise–taekwondo and marketing–would benefit everyone immensely. StrongerKicks.com is the culmination of this knowledge and experience.

Mont would like to thank masters Chun Moo Chon and Chang Moo Chon of Chon’s Karate in Harrisburg, PA, and master Joe Fox of the Harrisburg Institute of Taekwondo. Without them he wouldn’t know a front kick from a back kick. Moo Duk Kwan!
